The edible film that becomes an integral part of your Boneless Ham, Turkey Breast, Roast Beef and Pork during heat processing. Its surface consistency creates an upscale high sheen appearance with clear advantages both on the shelf and at the table.
COFFI FILM reduces cook shrink, increases juiciness, enhances smoke uptake, and improves product texture. The netting comes off clean and easily, surface tears are a thing of the past.
COFFI increases yields because more natural moisture is retained during and after processing. This increase in yield alone can be more than enough to pay for the cost of the film itself.
Whether it is applied from a sheet or roll, COFFI is light gauge and highly adaptable during processing. As a result, COFFI promises excellent handling and superior performance for a wide range.
HUKKI is an artificial casing consisting of collagen, reinforced by silk or nylon tube. With this casing all kinds of dry sausage, i.e. air-dried, smoked and molded salamis can be produced.
HUKKI casing is very thin which is there main advantage. High permeability to air, smoke and watervapour lead to a very short ripening time and to an excellent taste of your product.
